Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

A: Currently, we ship across Canada via Canada Post. 

Q: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

A: See our Order Fulfillment link in our footer for shipping details. 

Q: I LIVE LOCALLY. CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?

A: Absolutely! If you are local and prefer to arrange a pick-up from Burlington, ON, please select LOCAL PICKUP during checkout to remove shipping charges. 

Q: AM I ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE A GIFT WITH DIFFERENT ITEMS YOU HAVE?

A: Yes! We love creating gifts that will best suit your recipient. Get in touch with us to discuss your needs. 

Q: IF I KNOW I WILL NEED A GIFT FOR A PARTICULAR DATE, CAN I ORDER IN ADVANCE?

A: Yes, we are happy to hold onto gifts for a 30-day period prior to the desired shipping/pickup date. Please include your request and preferred ship/pickup date in the note section at checkout or send me a message. Otherwise, by default, all in-stock pre-curated gifts or individual items ship as per our standard Order Fulfillment policies. 

Q: HOW WILL THE RECIPIENT KNOW WHO THE SENDER IS?

A: All boxes come with a mini Lex & Lennon branded card. We are more than happy to write a very short message (space is limited!) for you. We love handwritten notes, so also offer different greeting card options in our shop. If you are purchasing a card from our shop, please add your message in the note section at checkout and we will handwrite your message. 

Q: WHERE DO YOU SOURCE THE ITEMS FROM?

A: All items in Lex & Lennon boxes are exclusively sourced from makers and small shops across Canada.
